Last year, I killed a man

At 9.45am on Saturday, June 23 2007, I killed a man. A perfectly ordinary man, on a perfectly ordinary summer's day. CCTV pictures show him entering the station, unremarkable among all the passengers going to the West End. He waited at the front of the platform until he could hear my train approaching, then he calmly stepped down on to the tracks..

Charter service in the Missouri area rates from non-existent to poor. It would go down almost 2 or 3 times a week. It was so bad I used to keep Charter Support on "speed dial" on my cell.

Now, since I have made the jump to AT&T DSL; while it is slower than Charter Cable Internet, it has been rock solid for the past month or so.

I am glad I made the switch.
