The number of Windows XP machines that experience a major error requiring a reboot.

I personally have submitted several error reports to Microsoft with no apparent update on a fix for the problem.  However, I was surprised to see once that my browser opened to a webpage stating what caused the error but unfortunately not much information on how to fix it.  If Microsoft can fix this, it would be a great feature.
